![]() ![]() I do like linux mint, I understand that there are differences, and don't expect everything to be the same. Your advice of "if you dislike it - then go back!" doesnt really apply here. ![]() Since I'm now using it full time - I have to fix the little things that would drive me nuts and ultimately force me to go back to windows. I have paid for multiple windows licenses - my problem with windows isnt money its the invasion of privacy, which is why im switching to linux full time. Been using windows in my professional life, and for most things up until now, so I have ignored little problems like this up until now. Ive been using Linux on and off for over 10 years. You really really need to read this, "Linux is not Windows", : Guessing you didn't like the new Windoze 10 and didn't want to fork out money for a new version of 7 or 8, you saw Linux was free so thought that'll do, but you expect Linux to behave just as Windoze does, it doesn't and you are angry. No one forced you to buy anything so there are no refunds. Dancingdog777 wrote:If you dislike Mint so much why not go back to Windows, you obviously prefer it!
